- \u2713 Reliable transportation to jobs across the St. Louis metro area
- \u2713 Your own basic cleaning supplies and equipment
- \u2713 Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor
- \u2713 Willing to carry (or get set up with) general liability insurance
- \u2713 Strong communication and reliability \u2014 showing up matters most
- \u2713 Prior cleaning experience helpful, but not required \u2014 attitude matters more
