What is included in a move-out cleaning?
Everything in our deep clean, plus the inside of all empty cabinets, drawers and closets, inside the oven and refrigerator, full interior window cleaning, all light fixtures, and full baseboard and trim detail. A garage floor sweep can be included when quoted.
Does the home need to be empty?
Ideally, yes. Cabinets, drawers and closets need to be empty to be cleaned inside, and an empty home lets us reach every floor and baseboard.
Will a move-out clean help me get my deposit back?
A thorough move-out clean covers the areas landlords commonly inspect, such as appliances, cabinets, bathrooms, floors and baseboards. We can't guarantee a landlord's decision, but we'll leave the place the way you'd want to find it.
What isn't included?
Exterior windows, washing or scrubbing walls beyond spot cleaning, carpet shampooing, and repairing existing damage aren't included unless specifically quoted.
How far in advance should I book?
As soon as you know your move date. Move-outs often happen at the end of the month, so earlier is better.
