How long does a standard house cleaning take?
It depends on the size and condition of your home. Most apartments and smaller homes take a few hours; larger homes take longer. Your quote includes an estimate so you know what to expect.
What is the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean?
A standard clean covers the everyday essentials. A deep clean adds baseboards, window sills and tracks, grout scrubbing, door frames, vents, and cleaning behind and under movable furniture.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients leave access instructions (a lockbox code, key location, or door code). Just include them when you book and we'll take care of the rest.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. Your cleaner brings all products and equipment, including a vacuum, mop and color-coded microfiber cloths. If you want us to use your own products or green products, just tell us.
Can I add inside the oven or fridge?
Yes. Inside the oven, inside the fridge, interior windows, inside cabinets and more can all be added to a standard clean. Mention them in your quote request.
